Raw aggregate XML reports are dense and unintuitive. Translating them into meaningful insight required hours of manual work.

Identifying which systems were legitimately sending as a domain—across cloud services, SaaS tools, and third-party mailers—was time-consuming and error-prone.

Communicating authentication failures, policy changes, and delivery risks to non-technical stakeholders meant translating complex data into plain language on the fly.
